Founded in 1985, Leo’s Fine Food joined DCH in year 2014, and it is one of the largest smoked meat and sausage producers in Hong Kong. Leo “freshly” produces high-quality smoked food and ready-to-eat food, using imported raw materials, spices and production equipment to ensure high-level quality. Its clients include individual restaurants, chain restaurants, star hotels and supermarkets.
Leo regards food safety as the top priority. It has set up a professional quality control and assurance team, and strictly follows the “FSSC 22000”, “ISO 22000” and “HACCP” food safety management standards.
